“We engaged Mort MCloy of Integrity Homebuilders mid 2020 to undertake significant renovations on a newly purchased property in Karen, Nairobi. The work was extensive (approximately 6 months) and involved full renovation of all bathrooms, moving and replacing kitchens, structural work, converting a workshop into a bedroom, all included substantial electrical, plumbing, structural and redecorating work.

We have undertaken similar size projects principally in the U.K., but never in Kenya and the complexity of the work was significantly increased by the fact we were quarantining from COVID in the U.K. so all communication was by Zoom. We took possession in October 2020.

This was an extremely difficult task, the quality of the management, cost control and end results were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely comfortable providing a very positive reference for work performed.”
